Your going to act like that around a customer? Even though I found a dress I really like I don't believe I will buy from them.
Another customer was having alterations done to her wedding dress and her wedding was in less than 24 hours I would be super nervous about that I had such a great experience at Bowties. They took care of all my needs and had my dress up and ready to go the morning of my wedding. The service there couldn't of been better.
They were so helpful and nice, anything i needed they were willing to do. I would recommend everyone to go here to find their perfect wedding dress!
I know Idid! Trust me you will not be disappointed! A friend of mine at work got married last year. Her wedding gown was absolutly beautiful. So when I was planning my wedding I asked her where she got her gown. She told me to go to Bowties on sunset.
So I went to check it out. They were so friendly. I didn't really have an idea of what type of gown I was looking for.
They were so helpful. I tried on so many dresses and ended up with the most beautiful gown. They helped me pick the one that fit my body perfectly and matched my personality too.
I was so stressed and they made the biggest decision I had for my wedding.. I had looked at 3 different bridal shops here in town, only to leave with a bad taste in my mouth.
They were all so rude. Immediately after walking in to Bowties, I was greeted with friendly faces. Through the entire process, they were nothing but prompt and kind. My husband also got all of his guys tuxedos there, and we had no problems.
My alterations were the most reasonable that I had been quoted elsewhere, and were done in a timely fashion. I reccomend them to anybody I know whos getting married!

But when it came to the alterations and getting my dress that was a different story. My wedding was on June 22, and They had my gown for about 10 weeks to alter. When it starting getting closer and closer to my day I was getting nervous. I kept calling and they always had some other excuse.
The lady actually told me "Don't worry we won't let you walk down the isle naked". They finally finished and called me in for my fitting 48 hours before my wedding.
