As a professional Chef with more than 10 years of experience in different cuisines in different states I can tell you that the owners are very unprofessional. They think is ok to walk in the kitchen, insult and threaten their staff. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

One of the few companies I will never work for again. Also… they think is ok to cook their filet Mignon in a microwave. That is horrible!

The restaurant needs a corporate mentality it lacks managers discipline in the front of house there is no proper training for the staff it needs structure.

Being a hostess was easy between the week, but on the weekends when we had to organize all the people and the servers sections aside from our side work and phone calls it became kind of stressful.

The only downside to working as a server is there isn't a lot of traffic coming into the restaurant; the insecurity of living off of tips from guests. That has to be the hardest part of this job; tables that don't tip well or at all. However the most enjoyable part of the job is seeing guests very satisfied with my service.

See them look at servers and restaurants a little differently. Wait staff was very slow and there were only two servers for the restaurant.
