Equipment is in a constant state of disrepair. Pros Not much pressure from management. My Experiences: If you're a temp, expect to wait at least a month for your first paycheck. If you are an out-of-state temp worker from a reciprocal state, expect your taxes to be screwed up.
If you loved the cliques in high school, you'll love it. If not, you'll hate it. Overtime is mandatory and scheduled by your manager. Unless you can find someone to switch with you, you'd better make absolutely no plans outside of work hours during the busy months.
