The 5k runners will make a left at the recycling center road and proceed toward the nursery. Mile 3 - 5k runners will enjoy a couple of fast hills to stretch their legs before coming back through the mud and to the finish!

Once around the baseball field you will head along Chamounix Dr toward the youth hostel. This section after the hostel is the best part about the Philadelphia course. You will proceed down single track through a secluded forest with strange steps, a creek crossing and a very unexpected bridge.

Mile 4 - Once appearing out of the forest, 10k runners will follow the paths along Chamounix, make a u-turn and head down Ford Rd toward the recycling center. Mile 5 - 10k runners will rejoin with their 5k friends and proceed toward the local nursery and back into the trail system. There are a couple of great hills along gravel roads as you weave your way through some fast stretches. Mile 6 - As both 10k and 5k racers finish up the trails, they will reappear in the main site, finish the remaining obstacles, head through the mud pit and ultimately the finish line.

There will be an aid station about every mile; 2 aid stations on the 5K and 5 aid stations on the 10K.
